We coordinate the structural engineer, install the steel beams, form the openings and get everything inspected and signed off by building control. Over 24 years we have made a lot of dark, boxy houses feel twice the size, safely and to the letter of the regulations.

Yes. We coordinate a structural engineer to produce the calculations and drawings, then build to them. You do not need to organise that separately.

Yes. Removing a load bearing wall and installing a steel beam to carry the load is one of our most common jobs. It is always designed by an engineer and signed off by building control.

We do. We arrange the inspections and the final sign off so the work is fully certified, which matters when you come to sell.
